STEVEN LIGHTFOOT
Director
Steven Lightfoot has been working for Apex Engineering & Fabrication Ltd as Director since 2022 and since June 2004 for Swan Engineering & Fabrication Ltd as Shop Floor Manager. Steven is the son of the last Director and comes from an engineering background. He strives for perfection, and is obsessive and detail orientated, to the point of over manufacturing, who also prides himself on his problem solving ability. He has 30 years experience working in the engineering industry and is a valuable and important centre to the team..
JANICE CLARE
Office Manager
Janice Clare joined formally known Swan Engineering and Fabrication in June 2006 as Administration and was appointed Office Manager a few years ago after working and gaining all the engineering knowledge that was required. Janice has continued her employment with Apex Engineering and Fabrication Ltd in 2022. Janice is also the step sister of Steven Lightfoot. She has excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile for customer needs. She is efficient, methodical, detail-oriented, professional and definitely a great asset to our team!
DAVE RATCLIFFE
Shop Floor Operative - Lathe Worker
Dave Ratcliffe has been working for the formally known Swan Engineering and Fabrication Ltd since it opened its doors in June 2004 and has continued his employment with Apex Engineering and Fabrication Ltd since 2022. Dave is incredibly qualified for this job and is now passing his skills and knowledge on to the new employees to help them to grow and advance. With over 40 years of experience working in engineering industry, Dave comes with all the skills necessary to perform every type of job quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. Dave is a valued member of the team.
ALEX LIGHTLIGHT
Shop Floor Operative - Part Time
Alex Lightfoot joined formally known Swan Engineering and Fabrication Ltd in February 2022 as a Part time Shop Floor Operative and has continued his employment with Apex Engineering and Fabrication Ltd. Alex is the son of Steven Lightfoot who is currently at college doing Graphic Design Level 3 and is working at Apex Engineering and Fabrications Ltd in his days off to gain further knowledge to enhance his skills.
KIEANE MCCULLOCK
Shop Floor Operative
Kieane McCullock joined formally known Swan Engineering and Fabrication Ltd in May 2022 as a Shop Floor Operative and has continued his employment with Apex Engineering and Fabrication Ltd. Kieane joined us to learn new skills with on the job training. He is currently training in cnc press brakes and punching.
